5 1/4 dl Vetemjöl 1 1/2 tsk Bakpulver 1 st Ägg 2 1/2 dl Socker 1 3/4 dl Fraiche 5% 1 tsk Vaniljsocker 1/2 dl Lättmjölk 0,5%, drygt 4 3/4 dl Blåbär 2 msk Smör | ||||||

Blueberry muffins with crumbs

5 1/4 cup flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 st Egg 2 1/2 cup sugar 1 3/4 cup Fraiche 5% 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar 1/2 cups Skimmed milk 0.5%, slightly more than 4 3/4 cup blueberries 2 tablespoons butter Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a 12-hole muffin mold with muffin cups with paper. Mix 3 1/2 cup flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt in large bowl. Beat eggs and 2 cups sugar white and fluffy. Add the cream and vanilla sugar. Stir in flour mixture alternately with milk. Fold in the blueberries and then the batter into muffin tins. Make smulpajstoppingen Mix remaining sugar and flour in a bowl. Pour in the melted butter mix into a crumbly dough. Spread it over the muffins and press it gently with your fingertips. Bake muffins about 20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool in the molds for about 10 minutes and transfer to a rack where the muffins to cool completely. | ||||||
